Placing an Order
When you place an order on our Website, you offer to purchase goods from IJE under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
You are responsible for any duties, taxes and other charges incurred outside of the UK.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display colours accurately, though we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. We have made every effort to be accurate, due to the handmade nature of original artworks, dimensions and weights indicated on our website have a tolerance.
Payment Processing
Payment for goods must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods listed on our Website.
All prices are quoted in the currently specified at the checkout and where VAT is payable this is clearly indicated at checkout.
Payment is processed via our secure payment gateway provided by Shopify, and their terms and conditions will also apply to purchases you may via this site.
You confirm all payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when:
a) Where shipping costs are advised to you during the checkout process: we confirm acceptance of your order by email. Until then, orders are non-binding.
b) For products where you must contact us in advance to arrange collection or specialist delivery: we confirm acceptance of your order by email AFTER we have agreed shipping costs or collection / delivery arrangements with you. Until then, orders are non-binding.
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This may be due to a number of circumstances, such as, pricing or product description errors, inability to meet a delivery deadline you have specified, unexpected circumstances we could not reasonably plan for. We reserve the right to reject the order, even after an email to confirm acceptance has been sent.
Electronic Communications
By placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications about your order and our products.
Consumer Rights and the Consumer Rights Act 2015
You have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered as agreed, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your statutory consumer rights have been breached, please contact us at contactijeart@gmail.com. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
Distance Selling and Your Right to Cancel
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below.
To cancel, please contact us at contactijeart@gmail.com or via our website, before the end of the Cancellation Period.
You can (but don’t have to) use the Model Cancellation Form included at the bottom of this terms and conditions section.
Return of Goods
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Refunds
We will refund you upon receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition (as determined by us acting reasonably), using the original payment method.
We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exclusions
Some goods we sell are exempt from this returns policy – custom-made items/commissions, products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g. where a seal has been broken) and digital downloads. If you require more information, contact us at contactijeart@gmail.com.
Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address you provide when placing your order or when specific delivery arrangements are agreed. Any delivery times are estimates and subject to change.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Terms for combining discounts or promotions will be outlined at the time of the offer.
Promotions and discount codes may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or discount code without notice.
